Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Meridian CFO (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm, you represent that you are authorized to bind that firm.

2. The Service

Meridian CFO provides software tools for fractional CFOs, including an AI copilot, KPI computation, dashboards, and client deliverables. Accounts are individual: one advisor owns their own clients and data.

3. Management-basis financial data

Outputs are generated from management accounting records and connected sources such as QuickBooks. They are for internal management and advisory purposes only. They are not audited financial statements and must not be relied upon for tax filing, lending, audit, or investment decisions without independent verification against final statements. AI outputs can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing all figures before sharing them with clients or third parties.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload or connect, for obtaining any client consent required to process their financial data, and for safeguarding your account credentials.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our order forms (processed via GoHighLevel and Authorize.net) until cancelled. To change or cancel your subscription, contact us and we'll process it promptly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian CFO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service's outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
