Data we collect

Account information (via our authentication provider, Clerk), client records and financial data you upload or connect (for example via QuickBooks), conversations with the copilot, and firm branding settings. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the Service: analyzing financials, computing KPIs, generating dashboards and deliverables, and maintaining your history. Financial data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to produce the analysis you request. Every account's data is scoped to its owner and is not shared with other users.

Subprocessors

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers, which may include: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), Composio/Intuit (QuickBooks connectivity), GoHighLevel/Authorize.net (billing), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the Service.

Data retention

We retain your client records, financial snapshots, and conversations for as long as your account is active so the Service remains useful over time. You can delete individual clients, conversations, or connections at any time, which removes the associated data. On account closure, you may request deletion of your remaining data.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is scoped per account owner. API keys and secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

You control what data you upload or connect, and can disconnect QuickBooks or remove financials at any time. For data access or deletion requests, contact us through your account.
